All natural driveway.  That is great.  It might be a little tricky when the few rainstorms come through.

Actually it's not bad because there is very little dirt there. It is really mostly volcanic rock at this end of the property so there is no sinking in or anything. Plus, we are just getting started so before long their will be crushed volcanic rock on all of the driveways.

Besides, AZ doesn't get rain storms.

Very Nice!. I would love to get some remote property. Been looking at some 10 acer tracts in Eastern WA...just gotta figure out the financing. I have lived on the green wet side almost my entire life...need some desert terra firma!

@Vance....Hey neighbor. These lots are about 13-14 miles northeast of Show Low. About 4 miles before you get to the Midway Station Store in Vernon.
